The VMOD-6000NS is a larger footprint inspection system capable of inspecting longer devices such as trauma nails, spinal rods and drill guides. As with all VMOD inspection systems, the system can be utilized in single piece flow or batch processing of parts by utilizing reusable trays for holding parts for inspection. The 6000NS is commonly outfitted with an option automatic drawer to aid in loading longer parts and aiding in operator ergonomics.
